  1. 4-5 years ago I had started this model and I was unsatistfied with the wood. So I put it back into the box and forgot it. After my '50 Mercury Woody I decided to continue with the model. I had also used the excellent wood decals from Uschi van der Rostenhttp://www.uschivdr.com//url]

  3. Rods must have something odd as an engine and Chevy engines are boring. Flatty's or straight engines are my first choice
  4. The taillights are for trucks & trailers. I bought them here. They are a little bit to big, but i like the chrome surrounding.

  8. It has taken a few days to continue with my Offy Rod. This is the first piston that I turned on my lathe. The fit of the body wasn't that good with the seats installed so that I have to remove some material on both seats Missing are the taillights,windshield frame, hub caps and the windows . I have to modify the exhaust a bit because it interfers the door

  16. Before I start painting the frame black I add some more details at the front. Radiator from the Midget and some steering linkage The engine got a new exhaust. Solderwire and aluminum time was used.

  19. Art thanks for the information. I didn't know that they had a dry sump system. Although the engine is wrong at the bottom end I would not change it now. Do you know if the bigger Offy's were available in a kit or in resin?

  22. Here me latest project. I zeded the frame of a '29 Ford pickup I made the floor out of plastic sheet. The seats and the front axle are from The Parts Box The engine from Revell's Midget was gets a new oil pan Here how the model would look like
