[Stripping fluorescent paint?]

I have a body that someone else painted with fluorescent orange paint that I'm trying to strip.I tried soaking it in Simple Green for 24 hours and it didn't even touch it.Any suggestions on what else I should try? Thanks

I had the pleasure of meeting "Grumpy" and Ronnie Sox at a nostalgia meet at National Trail Raceway a few years ago.They were sitting together signing autographs talking about the good old days.It was a real thrill to see two of the greatest 4-speed drivers ever together.He will be missed.
