  1. Thank you Ben! Mike, they are there ...perhaps your browser?
  2. awesome! can't believe, that there are so many snap kits out there! The only ones i had built in 2011 are the EZ-kit Turbine Cars: The first and second Prototype: From the movie "the lively set" "Funny Turbinecar Showtime" the Turbinecar Phantom perhaps i remember of another Snap-Kit too...
  3. agreed! what rims are this? they will look fine on it thought
  4. dont hurry Sonny, you're not on a race to "must post every day"-challenge. Take your time you need! The more time you spend, the better result you get. btw...i've built a million *lol* kits...but from time to time fresh painted parts drop down. that happens, dont worry. take breathe and start a new try. one tip to paint thin lines like the border from the turnsignallights: for those details i take > "Edding 1800 profipen 0.1" a kind of pigment ink (line width less then 0.5mm) but NOT wear resistant without clear lacquer or > a "Edding 780 paint marker" water resist paint (about 1mm line width) after drying, both can painted with clear lacquer and you can grab it without problems.
  5. Thank you very much for kind comments! i appreciate it all. in the mean time, i love that kit. i was also i little bit "chevy-blind"...since the day, my lady choosed that kit. That fliud bag is molded in the enginebay. nice detail, i "only" painted it, monted the houses and made the Fo-Mo-Co decal To make it "perfect" in my view, i made also decals for the speedometer (?) and the emblem on the trunklid. Aaaaand...i forgott...cleaned the bumpers, sanded them to make them fit and painted them with alclad. and more work. The paintjob bugged me a couple of times...the Foil work also. But at the end, i am proud of the result and my lady said "well done".
  6. oha. what to say? ...unusual? different? how to get an idea like this? You're cool.

Wow - thats nice Jim! Well done! Are you sure, that it isn't Tamiya limegreen? the paint is awesome. but most i like the wheels. perfect!
  8. way cooooooool. that parts you mixed working perfect together. like the fresh color also. over all it looks as it is a real kit. love it!
  9. My first (and last) flamejob - "fast delivery van".
  10. HI, i want to show you my latest built, a '57 Ford Fairlane. the colors and kit choosed my beloved lady, i was "only" the one, who built it. I always love the old amt-kit, cause the doors open...sure more work as the Revell kit. A mistake i made on the steering column (upside down mounted)...looked at the wrong picture in the instruction...a lot of work with the paint...but it came out as wanted. the doors work already. enjoy: feel free to say what you think.
  11. Nice one. the color looks perfect on it. well done !

  16. a real Beauty! The paint, the wheels (love them!) the blue interior...beautiful!
  17. Wow...beautiful Ford. Like the red you choosed. Very nice, also your detailwork. Well done!
  18. Thank you very much for kind comments. Mike, i am in a Porsche Club and they always make challenges on an airfield. i alway was impressed about the handling from 944 or 968. they drove the same times like the 911. Its an underdog, too late they discovered the potential. o.k., that time, as it was built, Porsche had a big crisis...therefore they have sorted out and they focused on the 911. These days, i wished i had one in the barn...like them, when i see them on the road.
  19. Nice and clean model. Like it.
  20. Thank you Fabrizio, Wilson. The Honda NSX is one of my favorites too.
  21. Long years ago i built the first issue from this Lincoln (molded in tan). I really like to see a progress from it - old memories will come back.
