Great sinister looking build. The paint finish looks great, and the gold striping looks good as well.

Beautiful looking paint finish and like the sparkle from the Pearl Clear. The extra efforts detailing the interior really look good. Like the light weathering on the engine and chassis. Even the cast iron exhaust manifolds look to have the correct finish along with the chipping paint on the engine oil pan. You got the stance.

Amazing job envisioning all of the different body components and then blending them together seamlessly. Looking at it from some angles reminds me of the old electric car rides from the county fairs of old. Looks doable in 1:1 as well.

I built this kit when AMT first released it. Not as good as the Revelle issues of the last couple of years but was a good kit for the time. Used it to build a copy of my then new '66 Impala SS.

Like the color and the clean chrome trim. The body proportions on this kit always looked exact to me. One thing to remember with this kit. This was first issued in 1959 and was as good as it got at that time. Basically, an unassembled Promo. Your finishes made it look great.

Great looking paint work and engine detailing. Datsun offered a shade of orange just like this and was a commonly seen color for these in my neighborhood. The wheels and tires look good on this.

Beautiful looking paint and Z trim. The finishes and the interior are very realistic looking. I was working at a Chevrolet dealership when this year model came out and the first one received was this color combination without the T-Tops. I took it for a Demo and stopped at the Mall on my way home that night after work. When I came out someone had pried off the tri color Z-28 emblems from the grill and the fuel filler door. The dealer was not very happy, and I got to pay for the replacements.

The wife and I went for Mexican last night. We have to drive through a residential area for a couple of miles to get to the freeway. We were in a 35 MPH zone and for the conditions that made sense. Even going 40 MPH some guy in a new Cadillac SUV is all over our back bumper. When we got to the freeway, he followed us still on our bumper. We're in a 70 MPH zone and We're going 75 MPH in the slow lane on a three-lane road. He finally takes off and had to be doing g 80 MPH++. The traffic was light especially for a Saturday night. While no moss is going to grow in my shadow, I think 5 MPH over is as risky as I'm going for anymore and I do leave the fast lane open for those who just have to get there a couple of minutes faster.
