Great looking Challenger, just like the movie car. Like the engine detailing.

Great looking body work and the paint looks like a fine metal flake. I might take 32 hours to figure out where to cut the body. Would like to know where the rear tires are from.

Beautiful looking paint finish and clean looking body trim. The interior looks great.

Great looking color combination. Like the engine detailing and the inner fenders painted red. The color and paint finish looks super smooth.

Great looking color. As for the wheels. That is a personal choice, and you should go with whatever you envision.

Two suggestions to look at for that shade of silver. #1 Tamiya X-32 Titanium Silver and #2 Tamiya XF-16 Flat Aluminum, The Flat Aluminum would give you the flat finish in the picture and be very close in color. The Titanium Silver would have a low gloss finish. I have used both colors mainly for engine components as well as chassis parts.

Like the woodgrain trim and the paint looks good.

Great looking T-Bucket. Beautiful looking paint work and colors. Clean chrome trim.

Beautiful looking finishes. The 1:1 car is one of the better-looking sedans that you can buy today. This clean build is very realistic looking.

Great looking paint and interior. Like the clean chrome trim. I'm sort of a fan of impalas from this era.

Beautiful looking Kustom. All the right looking touches and paint.

They'll be running it next week. Seems to run every other week.

I have wondered about that maybe an issue as well. We have a trail in the grass from the cart path to our feeders. My wife thinks she has seen a small critter around the feeders at times in the dark. Nothing surprises me living at the edge of the prairie. Still better than a bunch of city noises.

Al Jaffee, Mad magazine’s cartoon maestro, dies at 102
espo replied to Raoul Ross's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
When I discovered Mad and Cracked along with a few others I had to hide it since it was considered a propaganda from the Russians in our household. I was raised in a very suppressed environment. Always like the Spy vs Spy series along the comments on current events as that was the only way I could find out what really was going on in the world. -
Revell offers a nice 1964 or 1965 Suburban kit that would make a better base to build off of. The challenge would be the grill and hood shape.

My wife and I got back last weekend from a short trip to San Antonio Texas along with one of her brothers and his wife. Toured the Alamo and the River Walk. We went to visit another one of their brothers and his wife who retired to the Texas Hill County a few years ago. I could learn to like that area. They are in a very rural setting and while sitting on their deck at night we were visited by several Deer, he does put out corn for them, a couple of Foxes who were trying to raid the Bird feeders. So, Monday morning we are sitting down to some breakfast at home around sun rise. Looking out of the window we see what at first looks like a skinny long-legged dog. About this time, we can see another and realize these are Foxes coming across the Golf Course Fairway behind our house. A couple of our neighbors have small dogs, and they leave food for them near their back doors. I think the Foxes know this and are foraging for food. They see us in the kitchen window with the light on and they run into the woods along the creek. Wonder if that is what has been happening to our Bird feeders getting torn up from time to time.

This is really a very interesting and historically significant building. There is a museum in Kansas City Mo. that is called the Steamboat Arabia. The museum contains the contents of the Steamboat Arabia that sank on the Missouri River over a hundred years ago. A local family raised the boat and the contents and display them in the museum. The contents are mainly everything you could think off that would be needed on the frontier, and this includes one of these house kits.

The Hood shape just looks wrong.

Great looking paint finish and color. Very cleanly detailed trim.

The color has almost a warm glow about it. Beautiful looking build style that will never go out of style. Liked how you detailed the engine and the interior finishes.
