I was thinking semi-flat black. How heavy duty of a truck for the rear springs? I love the 40 ford, but i'm kind of a chrysler guy!

I am wanting to build a moonshine runner out of the '41 Plymouth by amt. Has anyone ever done anything like this before? Any suggestions on the build are appreciated. I am also having trouble finding out what engine would be appropriate. I want it like it was built in the early 50's. I'm thinking a big caddy engine! untitled.bmp
