  1. That's gorgeous ! Congrats on another beautiful model .
  2. That would be cool if you restored it ! Mine didn't survive very long , it was probably my first attempt at spray painting a model and my photos were absolutely terrible !
  3. Really nice and clean , a great looking Ford ! Nice work Al !
  4. Great looking Roadrunner ! Very nice work and the photos are much better !
  5. The contest was by Car Model Magazine and yes I entered it ( I was 12 ) . It was won by Jim Keeler and his beautiful " Dodge Fever " ! Here's the cover with Jim's winning model on it . Here's a link to my photobucket album with all of the winners ! http://s1157.photobucket.com/user/RobertSpedding/library/Car%20Model%20Dodge%20Contest
  6. Looks like a nice kit , I had the Cyclone Funny Car years ago with the same chassis . . . it builds up real nice ! I might pick this one up too ! I don't see the injector stacks in your photos , are they there ?
  7. Beautiful , I really like that color !
  8. Looks pretty cool James ! This is one of my favorite truck kits and I like where you're headed with this one . The missing board is a great idea !
  9. Thanks Robert for pointing this out , I'm a bit surprised the dual headlights haven't been mentioned more . To avoid any comments when I post the finished build , I'll be calling it a '76 El Camino !
  10. I believe it's an artist's rendering . Very good !
  11. I once gave an applicant for a welding position a welding test and this is what it looked like ! Very scary !
  12. Neat looking little truck ! Nice work on the engine and the frame .
  13. Great looking truck ! It looks just like a shop truck my Brother had years ago !
  14. Thanks Niko ! The silver turned out better than I thought it would . I can't wait to get some clear on it tomorrow !
  15. I'm not picky . . . any Vista Cruiser will do !
  16. The paint is dry and the decals are on . This weekend I'll clear it and then move on to the BMF ! I might actually finish this soon !
  17. It's still a beautiful model , and the photography looks much better ! You can try it indoors using an inexpensive work light , the kind with a bare bulb and an aluminum reflector ( about $5 at Home Depot ) .
