You asked what year it is, it is a 30 or a 31, pretty much no difference in the body, actually at the point that car is at, I dont think there would be any identifining diferences. Jim

Riversedge is still up and running strong, and they are the place to get the rear fenders, here is the web addy: http://riversedgeresins.com Like Jim B. said, just use c chanel to stretch your frame, that is how I do all of mine and the hood, I have scratchbuilt several, and I have used resin ones, that is up to you, just depends on if you want to go the cheap way or the easy way. If you need any more inspiration check out my website www.truckmodeler.com. Jim

Hey David, that truck is actually covered in Stainless steel, it was built by Phil Langevin and was called the S.S. Liner, it was done for the Big Rig Buildoff, he has since done a pete extended hood also, it is beautiful also. His company is called Vally Custom Trucks, really nice folks and some beautiful trucks! As far as pics, you might try www.hankstruckpictures.com Hope this helps, Jim

I can explain this I actually emailed the mechanic that was responsibe for the cars for The Dukes of Hazzard, and was told this
There were 309 GL's
aproxamitly 400 patrol cars
15 Uncle Jesse's Pickups
20 Boss Hogg Cadillac's
2 Daisy's '74 roadrunners
5 Daisy's '71 Satellitte Sebrings
7 cooter's wreckers, and pickups
and Over 25 Daisy's jeeps.
Thanks Kevin.

Marshall I dont know what your deal is, but you did the same thing in our club then you completly ignore my wife and I, I thought we were really good friends, I had given you some cool kits, I had invited you to my house to stay for the weekends or whatever and you just leave and dont say a word to us, now you are doing the same thing here, I think you might want to have a look at yourself, if you have the same problem everwhere you go it may not be everyone else..... I have one that I bought off egag about 5 years ago, I am sorry but I do not know who made it, but the scoops are seperate and very nice, great detail on the besels, and the lines on the hood underside are perfect. I know this is not real help but at least you know that someone does make it. Jim

Well that is not a factory color combo, so you can just kinda mix up what you want and get as close as you can to the pics. Dash pads would only have came in brown, green, blue, black or red, never in the silver/white that that one is, also the lower section of all dashes in cudas were always painted green/black/blue/brown/or red. Jim

Very nice job on the rig! I love all the details, the chains haging on the truck, the flairs on the cab over the front wheels, little things like that go a long way to make it look "right" Jim

I got mine today......Jim

WOW! I really wish you would give me an education on muscle cars as I obviously know nothing about them, so please do tell! Please make me look like a fool, just keep going and let me know when you are done. And glad to know the 20 going on 21 means you know all. I am over twice your age so I guess I knew it all and have now forgotten it all so please reeducate my feeble little mind......
