I just finished this save of a kit I built in the early 80's. The kit had a lot of parts that fell off through the years, but I saved most of them. Other than the resin Weber carbs and two knock off spinner I still need all the pars are from the original kit. I wanted to save as much of the original build as possible so the only thing I repainted was the engine, thee wheels, the bottom of the interior, and the exhaust pipes. the paint on the body and interior is the way I first built it. This is how it looked when I started it. For some reason I used some kind of blue goop on the wheels and tires, and the reason I had to refinish the wheels. And now: More pictures in a little bit.
