I grew tired of having to unscrew (with wrench) the small #8-32 setscrew in my Paasche every time I disassemble to clean. I replaced the small 1/8th screw with a 3/8th #8-32 setscrew and a small knurled brass knob with #8-32 thread. To assemble, install the setscrew and tighten as normal. Apply a little loctite to the knurled knob, and screw onto the setscrew. Back it off a turn so the knob doesn't rub against the airbrush. Allow the loctite to dry overnight. $3.00 at Lowes.
