Mirrors are always a challenge to make realistic, as in actually reflecting. Look at glitter, the bigger confetti such as stars, it's clear plastic that is coated on one side like real glass mirror. I don't know how to track down the original manufacturer of that, other than ask the glitter company in China. An aftermarket detail company who can get that in sheets would have a popular product.

The BMW Nazca has gold-mirror glass, some other show cars have the coating. Think of space suit visor. I've seen a video of a guy brushing on a paint, that turned into a mirror finish on a motorcycle gas tank, but didn't take note of what that paint is. But that was on a solid surface, not clear for a window. Is there something that would create that look, short of asking Oakley sunglasses to put parts into their system?

I finally finished something and found a camera! Thanks, JTalmage (ps I still need to find a box for your hotrod parts o__O) Whilst taking these pictures, the removable top took a leaper off the table and the window fell out, hence the last picture. This was also my first time doing plug wires. I used small electrical wire stripped and rebraided, then painted green.

Hi. Any tip for something to use for mounting the lenses for headlights that does not miscolor them or turn them white? Is there any spesific sort of glue/cement intended for glass and clear parts? It`s like 50/50 for me as if i screw it up or it look good. And most types of glue i have experiencd so far tend to float all over the place when it touch the plastic,no matter how small amount i try to add.
