ok i bought a 1999 chevy silverado custom i think it's from revell and i shot a coat of silver then shot a coat of green(btw the color looked GREAT) and when i went to pick it up i realised that i only ended up shooting the top half of it and when i went to sand it it came off in the effect of wet paint when really it was dry.. so you think the cold weather had something to do with it, i will post pics tommorrow unless i wait all night and re sand and re paint.... but im thinking the cold weather was the whole problem
