jsc
I haven't built a truck in a long time, and can't believe I picked this one to start. I shelved it a number of times, but finally stuck it out long enough to call it finished. Yes, the doors do open, but I think I'll keep them in the closed position for now! Thanks for looking John

restoman
Looks nice! I've got this kit, it's on the someday list... Before I jump into it, what's so tough about it?
BirdWatcher
Cool! Nice shade of green.. Discuss if you can.... what almost made you shelve it? Aside from door fitment.

jsc
Cool! Nice shade of green.. Discuss if you can.... what almost made you shelve it? Aside from door fitment. Wow. Where to start? The parts aren't numbered. Many times there isn't a positive location tab. They don't fit well. The instructions aren't clear. The mirrors are hard to assemble. The doors need to be massaged to even line up. How's that for starters? The good news is that you can really learn about your skills with this kit, and it is a really cool old school subject! Take your time and don't be afraid to start over if you think some parts aren't lining up. Thanks for the comments!
