gbritnell Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 This was done from a reference picture I took at the local Saturday night car show. Usually you can't get a car by itself so when I saw this Chevy and all the reflections on it I took several shots hoping to get something to use for a picture. I cleaned up all the clutter and ended up with this. It's about 12x14 done on white Stonehenge paper with Prismacolor pencils. I have about 40 hours in it. gbritnell
Raul_Perez Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Very well done, George!! I wish that I could draw like that!
Mark Haynes Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 Wow, that is amazing, you do amazing detail. I haven't done a pencil drawing in years. I pick up alot of techniques from other artist like yourself.
CB Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Awesomely groovy 55 there, George. I just love reflections done in coloured pencils. Looks like it's a metalflake job on the 1:1? Love the details--like the yellow car on the front bumper corner.
gto guy Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 NICE Work... Love the details and high lights gto guy
