Could anyone here tell me when this AMT kit was first released? (Tall top)

In 1963 it was released as a dealer promotional and then released again in 1965 as the Tall T/Roadster Coupe "Phone Booth" Double kit.

Thank you gentlemen. A dear friend passed away about 3 weeks ago, and left me his 'stash'. I knew he had the tall t many years ago, and apparently was available in the mid 70s, but I was sure he had his much earlier. And I bought mine when it was released a couple years ago. We both knew a guy that had a 1:1 hot rod back in the day.
