I'm not sure there is any kits out there but I don't know everything so maybe. It looks like you can get a 1:43 diecast atleast.

Thanks..yes it is...was hoping there was a plastic kit in my scale range...some things that look odd are cool too. There are many 1/32nd and 1/43rd scale kits that would be nice to see in 1/25th or 1/24rth scale too.

I agree that there is a lot of cool stuff in 1:32, 1:35 and 1:43 (and even 1:87) that would be cool to have in 1:24. My sugestion for the Uaz is to search ebay sites in other regions of the world (especially Ebay.de) to see if something can show up. Not necessarily a kit but maybe a plastic toy or something like that. I know that there is a 1:24ish East-German Barkas van as a plastic toy from the old DDR time that I have seen on Ebay.de a few times. Maybe there is also a a UAZ. Here is atleast the UAZ offical website:

A bit of searching and I found this!!

It has been made in to a 1:35 resin kit.

And here is a site with some other UAZ models:

And here is some news about a 1:35 plastic kit

And here at last is a 1:25 model...in paper...

And here I found a site where you can buy the Bilek made 1:35 plastic kit:

For me it would have to be plastic and 1/25th or 1/24rth scale...never been much for die-cast or small scale stuff. Yes it would be nice to have some of the small scale stuff made in a larger scale and it could open a new market area for the companies with some of them...I know Monogram made a 1/24rth scale Rambo chopper that sold well. I just think the vans are cool looking and have a lot of mod possibilities for building them if they were larger scaled.
