John Deere Back Hoe

Hi all I have a JD back hoe that I have been VERY slowly building . I have converted the rams to work properly  and give the buckets full movement . It has been stalled for 1 or 3 years now . The reason for the stall is I wanted to know if JD ever painted the back hoe in the JD green and yellow or where they all in the yellow as on the box . I have searched the web without luck to find the answer . Can anyone help

Since that model was part of the Industrial line, the standard color would be Highway Yellow, which was pretty much the same shade of yellow used by other manufacturers on their Industrial lines as well. However, they could be had in colors other than yellow by special order, such as Safety Orange. I have never seen an Industrial Deere in the traditional JD colors, with the exception of some Utility models that have an AG equivalent.

The orange would be ok if you put State Dept decals on it.  The industrial yellow is not the same yellow as the farm tractors yellow.

Thanks tom no I don't have it on here its been packed away for years now . I must get it out and do some pics of it and some work I like the sound of doing it orange

I have one sealed in the box that I planned on doing but just too many other projects planned
