Does paint go bad?

I have a chance to get some paint (a lot of it, probably enough for a lifetime)  not sure how old it is, but  it is all sealed and new stock,.  Any thoughts

Sometimes old jar paint can harden up in the jars, but if it is spray cans they should still be good but you'll need to do a lot of can shaking to get the BB's loose to mix up the paint.

It is mostly testors, MM and Tamiya bottles and a few spray cans
