68 charger

Hey everybody,this is my new project on the bench,it's the revell 68 charger kit,in going to go a different route with this build,started by mixing burgundy and gold and airbrushing the body and panels,not sure yet if I'm gonna vinyl the top yet,in am going to dechrome the bumpers and paint those black as well as the trim.haven't decided really anything else yet,just let the build go where it does,but it will have a hemi,already painted the block Chrysler blue. Thanks for looking,have more pictures in the next phase.

   Hey Nick, that body color is nice!  But, . . . . can I

ask why blue on the engine block?

   '68 Chargers are a big favorite of mine over the

more popular '69's that everybody loves.

Thanks,i don't know why I chose blue,i guess it was closest to me,I'mprobably  gonna paint it orange

I like ur work, I will be using that kit to build a F&F charger next. Nice paint BTW

 

 

 

P.S I think u should paint the hemi orange
