I am newbie wanting to get this 1/24 Aoshima Subaru INGS GRB fix up. 

What tools are needed to fix 1/24 self fix model ? 

How should I perfectly cut out all the small parts ?

Based on posts found on this board, I bought this paper back cheaply which helped a lot;

Its $2 on Amazon which is cheaper then 2 buk-chuck at Trader Joes which is actuallly 3 buk-chuck now
