Who was it that built the AMT clear display trailer, but painted it and changed the wheels?

I apologize if this is not in the right spot for this, but not real sure where it should go. I have been looking high and low to try and find the thread from a while back where someone had a build up of the old AMT display case trailer that someone painted like a seafoam green and put whitewalls and different wheels on...

It wasn't me but I have done that before to an old original glue bomb I found as a kid once...looked pretty cool when done.
