Have had this car basicaly done for over a year now and finally got around to the final assembly! Still a few details and odds and ends but the cars nearing "Completion"

Couple more pics!! Hoods got a warp but should b an easy fix! Feels good to finally have it done. This poor car sat for months painted an ugly yellow I wasn't happy with until I FINALLY stripped it and went a total diff route! Was supposed to b a bone stock car

used testors wood, brown,and very little black

first I painted it the tan wood color and before it completely dried I took the dark brown and kinda smeared it to the tacky tan... Then took black and did the same just very little to imitate wood grain

I changed the sick pack out for one large single carb and just did a little wiring and a fuel line

I also have a 71 hemi cuda in the stock pile that I plan on building! Planning to go more of a stock look but who knows
