This may be a real stupid question, but, what does it mean when the bell on the side of the topics looks like it ringing? I have opened the topic and it continues to do it.

I believe it is a "hot" topic with "x" amount of posts. Just a popular topic.

There's a legend at the bottom of the category page that explains them. I didn't catch on right away either.
