Superpeterbilt Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 These were built by Don Hientz(I think I spelled that right). They were refered to as "Big Stick" wreckers. There is a towing website that you can search for photos of the real trucks. http://tow411.yuku.com
JARRNO88 Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 A couple of years ago I built one of the AMT PETE wreckers and I found some information out about the wrecker and wrecker body on "TIMS TRUCKS" website. He has a little bit of info about them and some photos of the AMT wreckers that he had built. I looked and the photos etc. are still on his site. Tim says that the wrecker is a HEINZ Big Stick Wrecker and the wrecker body was made by "SOUTH UNION BODY WORKS", If you search around a bit through his website you will find it. (I put the wrecker unit on and AMT R 600 MACK) JARRNO88
