Misha Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Be thinking of you Jim. These are pretty routine these days and the docs are very knowledgable, for us it may seem scary though. Be looking for your update tomorrow!Cheers Misha
vintagedragcrazy Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Hey buddy ken is right and they caught it early and things should be good like he said about his wife and having stints my brother has five bypasses and 21 stints and we are out everyday.im praying for you and I sure hope all goes well.vince
mikemodeler Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Prayers that all goes as planned and you are able to be back here Friday evening Jim. Any procedure involving the arteries and blockages should be taken seriously, but as has been mentioned, the medical advances in this country have made them routine and a same day event. My Dad struggled with blood clots and went through many procedures over the years and in the beginning it was more like surgery but as time wore on, it became a much easier thing to deal with. He was able to resume activities relatively soon after and I am sure you will be no different.Take care!
Foxer Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Good luck, JIm. I just had a tonsil out a week ago ... that bugger held out for 70 years, but his accomplice is still around. Still recovering
CometMan Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Good luck Jim, but as others have said that is a rather routine procedure, and those aren't pre-med students that are working on you!
