Yenkocamaro Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Hey Guys, this is the same 1/18 truck I posted on the "Pin hinge", with the truck bed toolbox. I made more tools for the toolbox tray. I also scratch built a salt spreader, and a snow plow. The plow is movable from up and down, and side to side. I also made some trip springs for the plow, which will be installed after painting. I scratch built a portable generator/welder, and some shovels for the bed. I replaced the Dodge wheels/tires with a set from a 1/18 Ford Lariat, put a few dents in the diecast body, and have begun to weather it. Still have lots to do. Thanks for looking. Cheers, Lance
High octane Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Awesome work Lance and it reminds me of the work you used to do in 1/25th scale 40 years ago, in the Old Town Escorts club.
Yenkocamaro Posted May 25, 2016 Author Posted May 25, 2016 Geez Buddy, thanks for reminding me how old I am Cheers, Lance
High octane Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Like it or not, we're all getting there which is better than the alternative.
AzTom Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Wow, look at you! Those are super builds lance. I'm just glad I don't need any of that equipment
