Intmd8r Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Something that I've been playing with on and off again. Thought I would take this down from the shelf and take a break from my other Hot Rod builds. Paint is Krylon gloss black - nothing fancy. Thought I would experiment with it and found that it seems to take longer than typical enamel lacquer paint to cure. A bit of a kit bash - '69 Nova SS chassis with the big block from the COPO Nova + resin Moroso valve covers. Since they are effectively the same kit, no modification necessary. Just finished polishing the paint and applied the flame decals here. The decals are left over from a '67 Chevelle Pro Street kit. Sorry for the lousy quality - black on black is hard to shoot late in the evening. I'll post some better outdoor pics with future updates.
