wisco8 Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 I want to add new tires to the 1/25 AMT 1969 Dodge Charger that I posted in the under glass section, but I'm not sure what tires will fit which rims on that particular car. Any help would be great. Thanks, Steve
CometMan Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Steve, to measure rim-to-tire, you would measure the inside diameter of the tire, and the outside diameter of the wheel (the vertical surface). But, since you are working in 1/25 scale, the difference would be so small that a little material can be filed off either of them to make just about anything that is close work. So, just pick what looks best to you!

GlueTube Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Tip: 1mm roughly equals on scale inch so a 15 inch rim would measure 15mm (approximately) REgardsBrian
