My first plan in a couple years. This is part of a group build over on another site.

Some good progress after a couple hours work.

Not many pieces on this build as I am building it as an inflight version. Fitment is nothing to write home about, needs some filling and reshaping in a few spots. If I was building this for a commission or a show it would need a tone of work in regards to the panel lines.
Going to be pretty big once fully assembled.

Started on the cleaning up the panel lines. Going to be shaving them all off, first off was the fuselage. A liberal amount of liquid plastic has been applied. First time using this stuff for actually filling in gaps and as a bonding agent.

Quick up date.

In my constant quest for flow in visual design I decided to remove a good chunk out of the rear section. A total scale amount of just over 9ft.
I think it has much more flow now.

Here's a glimps of my inspiration for the direction I am going with the paint.

The false face on the rear of the moth's body begs for a false canopy in the scheme as the Canadian Forces does on fighters...can't wait to see where this one goes!
