Hi all, I started on this kit about 2 weeks ago, it's been going slow because I keep changing things on the durn thing!

I have painted, stripped, and repainted a few pieces on this build 2-3 times! Either not satisfied with the finish or dust getting on the piece! Wife is getting me a paint booth for Christmas, so that should help keep things cleaner. 

Thank goodness for Super Clean! That stuff strips chrome or paint in a matter of minutes! Great stuff!

I painted the rims after stripping them with Alclad polished aluminum. Didn't even use a base coat on em. The rear end I used the same thing but sprayed the Alclad black base and went a bit heavy with the paint. I got the result I wanted with that. It came in the kit chrome but I prefer the look it has now. 

I am having to do a bit of body work to the body, mostly around the headlights and rear part of it specifically the corners making them smooth and conforming

It's getting there....
