I picked this up on clearance at Hobby Lobby for 24 bucks and just could not pass it up. The kit looks pretty good inside and I will likely build it as the kit comes.

Well , I have gotten this far and it has not been easy. A lot of flash on most parts and instruction flaws on the A arm brackets, but that said , I am having fun and a great break from the model trains.

Made some more progress on the engine and got the wheels chrome stripped off and painted black as well as the tires sanded. Also several misc. parts painted.

Looks good!!! Want to warn you ahead of time, the roll cage bars that the dash sits on do not fit at all. I ended up having to fab my own, so has everyone else I know that built this kit.
