carman1 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Nope, The tail lights were the same on GTO and LeMans, the actual color is Marimba red. I have been trying to figure out a way to use the wheel covers from the polar lights kits on my original 64 kits, have used a set of poverty caps on one of them.
Mr Stock Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Absolutely superb build as always Peter, just goes to show how good these basic old screw bottom kits can look with a lot of talent and patience ! One question.....how did you do the posable steering ?

I could possibly go back and fix that detail but probably won't - I'm already too involved in the next project . One question.....how did you do the posable steering ? Thanks Gary. The way I do posable steering is purely functional and doesn't look at all prototypical (or even elegant). It's a bit complicated to describe but I'm planning on doing the same thing on my new project (a Jaguar XK120) so I'll take pics when I get that far.
