crazyjim Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Completed my 1962 Corvette today. Paint is HOK meteor maroon II and it's pretty close to honduras maroon, I think. I was going to build stock, but those fancy wheels were screaming use me! I think those are latches on the deck behind the seats so I guess I should BMF them.
Lizard Racing Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 Nice build! I especially like the Viet Nam ribbon on the front plate. I believe the "latches" on the rear deck are brackets to hold the back of the convertible top when up. At any rate, the BMF is appropriate.
carman1 Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 Beautiful build, did the kit go together well ?
Snake45 Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 Very, very nice, and yes that color looks very close to Honduras Maroon.
PARTSMARTY Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 I don't what to say-it's simply beautiful !!!
