So what makes that hose special you think you need it? What I am using is thin wall heat shrink tubing heated over wire. The trick will be finding the combination of the two that gives you a 1/25 3" diameter. Bonus if you find tubing in a grayer flat finish with writing on it. Heat Shrink 3/64ths

Isn't it just regular insulated wire?  Hardware store should have it in the electrical section. Just take a sample to compare for the size you need.

In the past I'd suggest Radio Shack or "The Source" as they're called now but they seem to be getting out of the "do it yourself" stuff.

I have tried using the other Detail Master hoses, and they weren't suitable for what I am trying to duplicate.

Maxx, I have 6" of detail master hose that is 2.8mm in thickness.  I don't have the original package it came in but it is theirs.  If that's the part number you're seeking, I'll gladly send it if you drop me a PM and provide your shipping address info.

Cheers, Tim

I could probably find one or two packages, or at the very least look for some N.O.S. packages if you still need it. If you PM me with how many you are hoping to find, please.
