ultraliner13 Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 (edited) Hi Everyone. It's been a while since I have added a build to this forum so here it is. I had this gluebomb tractor unit sitting on my shelf for about 3 years when after reading a model truck book I discovered that the real GMC General was available with 2 BBC options, 116 and 108BBC. The GMC General was never available here in New Zealand. I looked at the gluebomb covered in dust and thought could I rebuild it as a 108BBC ? About 2 months later here is the result. It's not quite finished but have a look and hopefuly enjoy it. Cheers John Edited July 14, 2008 by ultraliner13
mackinac359 Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 Looks good. The short hood is perfect as a dumper. Tim

ABC Auto Industry Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 (edited) Nice looking truck! I've also started work on a GMC General (actually, it's a Chevy Bison). 116" BBC? Really? I thought the Bison/General were only available with 96" & 108" BBC lengths. UPDATE: You're correct. My memory was a little fuzzy there. Edited July 14, 2008 by ABC Auto Industry
