Tonioseven Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Hey. Yeah, so I've had this kit since forever it seems like. I tried to sell it but nobody wanted it so I felt kind of bad and here's what I have so far: R32 spoiler, t-tops molded in, S.A.S. Nismo hood vent from a spare hood, and 2 wheel choices. I'm thinkin' perhaps TS Italian Red with a two-tone grey interior. Thanks for lookin'.
Robert81 Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Looks great. The hood vents and rear spoiler are nice touches. I like the first set of wheels, but it is your model build it how you want it.
Tonioseven Posted July 16, 2008 Author Posted July 16, 2008 Thanks man; I'm leaning strongly towards the first set as well. :0
Nick F40 Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 The first set definetly! BBS's match a car like this! I love it...all of it! Keep it up! You better paint it blue!
Tonioseven Posted July 19, 2008 Author Posted July 19, 2008 Lol! Hey Nick! It's gonna be Italian Red and the mesh wheels are gonna be used with the centers painted gold. Not to worry, I have a couple more that might end up blue!

Tonioseven Posted July 20, 2008 Author Posted July 20, 2008 (edited) Okay, so it's gonna be red and that shows blemishes if the body isn't prepared properly; I used dark primer to show the highlights of what needed to be taken care of... I thought these R-34 mirrors would look cool on it as well... It should hopefully resemble this eventually... Thanks for the continued interest. Edited July 20, 2008 by Tonioseven
Nick F40 Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Ok it's lookin sweet and love the hood! That real 300ZX Turbo is pure car porn!
Tonioseven Posted July 23, 2008 Author Posted July 23, 2008 I got the first couple of color coats on today; I decanted Tamiya Italian Red and sprayed it over red oxide primer to see how it would look. It's gonna need a few more coats, some clear, and some polishing but I think I can do something with it...
