79 z28 built by my dad

so my pops stopped by last night and dropped off a box of his old modeling things. inside was this built up, took a bit of cleaning and reattaching some loose pieces but here it is, built around ten years ago.

Phil, that is cool. I hope you'll be keeping it the way he built it. It will definitely be a cool piece once your dad is gone.

My mother just about sold everything my dad had when he died. I have one hubley kit that he built, but it was so damaged I have to get spare parts for it. All the same I am going to try and build it in the colors he did. Just a good memory.

one of these days I'll have to get him to dig out the 32 5 window he did back in the early 90's. This thing is brushed painted with

testors red enamel, but to see it you'd swear it was airbrushed or rattle can.
