At the top of the screen click on "my controls". On the left side of the screen look for "personal profile". Click on "avatar settings". There are choices where you can use some "house" avatars, url's (haven't tried that), or a place where you can select pics from your computer. I'm no Bill Gates but it's pretty easy to do.

First you have to make sure it is in the right size Pixel X Pixel no larger than 150X150 pixels and no larger than 55KB.

This is the most common step people get hung up on is size. If you are having trouble resizing your picture send it to me and I can fix it up.

Then go to EDIT AVATAR SETTINGS

UPLOAD from your computer BROWSE to your avatar location on your computer (where you saved the file)

click UPLOAD AVATAR at the bottom of the screen.

Im trying to use one from the gallery, It keeps telling me that I have not selected one.

I added one from the gallery and it changed. You might e-mail Gregg and see if he has any ideas.

I got it guys. At the bottom of the gallery page, You have to click on "use selected avatar". But I never went all the way to the bottom of the page. Told you I was a dumba$$. Thanks for all your help.

And not to bad for a standard gallery avatar.

How do you Resize a picture?

Thanks,Gabriel.

Throw it in a graphic program like Photoshop and resize it.

If you have photobucket, it resizes it for you and you can use the DIRECT link line of text to put in the URL box. It works for me.
