Dann Tier Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 Hey everyone!, this is an exact replica of my REAL Duster just after I finished doing the bodywork on it. Its very special to me because it was my birth year, AND the first model year of it. Since there wasn't an actual 1970 kit, I had to SB a few changes.....the front grille, taillights, and dash, are some of the things. Its totally detailed, and ALL the wiring is laying exactly as it was. The taillights are too reflective for back then, but I will have that corrected when I build it after it came out of the paint shop. Quote
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Nice work. Wouldn't mid finding that grill for one of my cars. Quote

Jim N Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Very cool that you can make a model of your actual car. The cars I buy never seem to make it to kit form. Quote

Without getting into a lengthy list, the two cars we owned prior were a 94 Cutlass Ciera and a 99 Lumina. Not exactly the kinds of cars the model kit builders flock to. Quote
