The story of my one armed build:

Several months ago I was injured at work and had to have surgery to re-attach my right bicep tendon. After being off work for a couple of weeks I began to get bored. I went into my stash and found this kit. I had won it years ago as door prize at a show. It wasnt something that I was really interested in building, so if I messed it up I really didnt care.

After building the engine, Chassis, And the interior, I couldnt decide on a body color. I couldnt drive so I was limited to the supplies that I had on hand.After some thought I came up with the idea to make it a D.A.R.E. style police car/Paddy wagon. All of the police parts and decals came from the parts box. The paint is really old Testors enamel rattle cans that I found in my garage. It took a while but I think it turned out pretty good for a one handed build.

If only the Highway Patrol has one of these in the 60's... wouldn't have been much help once they got to a corner though Excellent work!
