mackinac359 Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 (edited) Updated 8/23/08 I have been meaning to post progress photos of a few things I've been working on, so here they are. Additional photos are HERE. Hoods: These are all scratchbuilt with Italeri PB 378 fenders added on. Red 388 Inspired by this truck Big 379 long hood *See Post "Big and White" for finished pics 8/23/08* Stacks. Smedile's 389 *Pics added 8/23/08* I've been searching for the right rattle-can paint to come close to this truck. My digital camera is fooled by the color and lighting creating a blueish look. The white stripes are hand cut vinyl. I purchased the vinyl from www.flaminfrog.com Here is the real truck Thanks for looking! Tim Edited August 23, 2008 by mackinac359

Old Albion Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 Tim, Looks like you've got a full workbench there a real production line. I'm always impressed by your ideas and the lengths you go to produce the trucks that you want to build. Reading your posts and looking through your web site certainly inspires me and I'm sure all other modellers. Good Luck with the many projects. Best Wishes Dave Bates
