1/8 plated parts

I was wondering if anyone knows of a plating service that will do 1/8 motorcycle parts. I'm just looking to get the forks, bars, exhaust and engine plated for a replica I'm doing for my old man. A few questions since I'm very uneducated on the process.

1.Who would be able to do it obviously lol

2. Is there an average turnaround time, or does it vary greatly?

3. Any idea on the cost?

4. How well do parts that were originally chrome have to be cleaned? From what I understand, there's a clear coat under the chrome on kit parts. Does this interfere with the process?

5. Will glue, filler, etc. hold up to the process? The exhaust has to be heavily modified.
