I used the Harry P method, 1. cleaned in the purple pond, let dry for a few days. 2. Next coated with Tamiya gloss black, & dry for a few days. 3. sprayed with Spaz Stix Chrome in light coats until it looks like chrome & stop...avoid just one more coat though or it will go bad.. hope this helps
