testors one coat lacquer

Hello. I am new to this board. I was wondering if the new wet look clear lacquer is safe to use over decals. I was going to use it on the revell civic.

I've used all of the Testors clear products (lacquer and enamel, gloss and flat) over decals and have never had a problem.

If you're uncertain, spray some on a test piece first.
