evilone Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Well thats nothing compared to the real deal.My car has hit me already $1500.00.Plus carbon monoxide poisoning,eletric shock,head achs,a hurt hand(from punching the tire DON'T ASK WHY),a hurt foot,a hurt knee,and a partrage in a pear tree.Oh did i tell you guys it WAS free well im now paying for it LOL.Oh and now i need to find parts that GM no longer make such great fun that will be .###### youR doing a sweet job on this build bro keep it up .

Totally Forgot. What did you paint the Rad Overflow and washer Reservoir? They have that Just right Milkie texture to them. That Chrome really sets off the Black.. I'm still waiting for the front end Chrome. Is that just 1/8 inch ribbon for seat belts? It looks like it has stitching on it.. I didn't see if the top has the back door lines scribbed into it yet.
Spike Posted March 11, 2009 Author Posted March 11, 2009 thanks i mixed up the color myself ya a guy on the M-body site said he's waitin for the front end chrome too not sure what size ribbin it is, i just bought it off scaledreams.com the roof aint got the back door lines scribed in it, cuz im gonna cover it with vinyl, so theyed be hiddin anyways, but i am gonna cut the vinyl so it has the door jambs in it

Spike Posted March 14, 2009 Author Posted March 14, 2009 well i cut up some tube styrene and a piece of flat styrene and made my own optima battery cuz the one i had was a lil too big painting the taillight lenses so they have the same slim line look mine got and i found a lil model box to throw on the front seat
