Captain Obvious Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Howdy kids, this is my first project in several months. I just had my workshop remodeled and I received a new workbench as a Fathers Day gift from my pup (my "daughter"), and this is its maiden voyage, if you will. The kit is the Revell California Wheels 1956 Nomad, colors are Tamiya Pearl White and Testors Revving Red lacquer, with Tamiya clear. Wheels are from a Jada 1/24 scale diecast. Hood shaved: Progress will probably be rather slow on this one, I only work on it a bit at a time on weekends as time allows...but I will post update pics as progress warrants. Thanks for looking
walt francis Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 lets see.....perfect wheels ,great color, and it's a chevy and a nomad at that, well I would say you are off to a super great start
lizardlust Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Looks like a fine start, Mark - the rolling stock you picked really works with the color combo!!!
