SMP Decals

Just wondering if anyone has used SMP decals and what you thought of them.

I have a couple of sets and they are not bad. crispness could be better but I think that`s more the printers fault. Colors are okay.

To get that "crispness" you have to draw everything from scratch. You can then make them as small or large as you like without pixilation. Many aftermarket decals are just scans of an image hence the poor quality.

It goes without saying that it takes a huge amount of time to do decals from scratch. That said, I have had some custom made decals done from time to time and have been quite pleased with the results. However, they can get expensive. That`s not a criticism, just a fact.

I have paid up to $20.00 for a custom set that I wanted made but to me worth it. Of course when I do that I will get 3-4 done.  For the cost and time a lot of these guys take I appreciate them so to me its worth it.
