Ron W. Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 I had someone help me one this. Thought I'd pass it along. I got a 65/66 Ford that came in red plastic. I didn't want the color to show through the final color. A guy suggested painting it a light coat of flat black first after sanding, then primer,then the final color. Found out this works for any body that molded in any color. White it's usually not a problem. It works very well. Just thought it might help someone.
