Reegs Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Is that an old Russkit Adjust-O-Jig? Wow. Glad to see another slot racer!
Kitman Posted June 9, 2020 Author Posted June 9, 2020 Jim, yes indeed it is! They are really well made and easy to use which is why I continue to use it! Great to have a fellow 'slot racer' here! I really enjoy the aspect of slot cars in that it is a hobby where you can create a very detailed model that you can actually use! As well as have on a shelf! Thanks so much for watching and for your post! I really appreciate it! ? John

Kitman Posted June 28, 2020 Author Posted June 28, 2020 Jim, I trying to build up the courage to open one up! All of the 'loose' controllers are in working condition! Which is quite something considering that they are over fifty years old! I may try to 'purchase' one that is in bad condition just to take it apart! Thanks so much for watching and for posting! ? John

Reegs Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 Good job. I picked up a TSRF chassis years ago, but I dropped a Betta Frisbee CanAm on top of it.

Reegs Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 (edited) I cut off the mini-guide blade and screwed in a 2mm (iirc) nut and bolt., then slipped a piece of tubing over it (don't think I need it, though). Edited September 8, 2020 by Reegs
