Jim, yes indeed it is!

They are really well made and easy to use which is why I continue to use it!

Great to have a fellow 'slot racer' here!

I really enjoy the aspect of slot cars in that it is a hobby where you can create a very detailed model that you can actually use! As well as have on a shelf!

Thanks so much for watching and for your post!

I really appreciate it!

Always wondered what that controller looked like internally. Any chance ... ?

Jim, I trying to build up the courage to open one up!

All of the 'loose' controllers are in working condition! Which is quite something considering that they are over fifty years old!

I may try to 'purchase' one that is in bad condition just to take it apart!

Thanks so much for watching and for posting!

Not to worry, John. Like what women do when they all march into the ladies room when out to dinner, it shall remain a mystery.

Sorry for the delay.

As soon as I find a way to photograph it, you're on.

I cut off the mini-guide blade and screwed in a 2mm (iirc) nut and bolt., then slipped a piece of tubing over it (don't think I need it, though).
