peteski Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 Micro Mark sells an ultrasonic cutter, but it is very expensive (like everything Micro Mark sells). I've seen one just like Micro Mark's,, sold directly from China, but it wasn't much cheaper than Micro Mark's.
Flat32 Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 I did the Hackaday thing with a dental scaler and it didn't do well at all on printer supports. For the really small ones I get the best results with my serrated scalpel approach along with sprue cutters.
SfanGoch Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Get one of these, a Wicked Lasers Spyder III Arctic. It'll slice right through those printer supports, and a lot of other things, like a hot knife through butter.
